We offer a 2 year unlimited miles warranty from date of purchase on all labor/parts under normal operating conditions.

Warranty requirement's:

• All cylinder heads require proof of invoice for any work and repair to be covered under this limited warranty
•  A Heat Tab Indicator is installed on each cylinder head. If the center part of the indicator melts or is tampered with following engine overheating, or should it be removed, this warranty becomes voided. 
• All cylinder heads must be inspected by us before any warranty claim will be fulfilled.  
  

What the warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, improper use, alterations, modifications
• Damage due to overheating, pre-ignition or detonation.
• Abuse or neglect
• Use of vehicle  
• Fluids, tow charges
• Rentals or diagnosis
• Repairs made without prior authorization will void all warranties.
• Any product that is used in racing or performance modifications 
• Commercial, industrial or marine applications

We offer a 1 year or 10,000 miles warranty which ever comes first on parts/labor.

• All vehicles require proof of invoice for any work to be covered under this limited warranty
• All vehicles must be inspected by us first before any warranty claim will be fulfilled. Attempt to repair it before we inspect it will void all warranties 

What the warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse/neglect 
• Racing or performance use 
• Normal wear and tear 
• Damage from an accident 
• Parts not installed by us
• Parts on the vehicle that were already worn out when the vehicle came in originally, causing the new parts to fail
• Anything that could be a foreseeable issue from normal driving  
• Altercations/modifications of parts installed
• Failure from proper vehicle maintenance 

Returns For Online Orders

Any cylinder head returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking fee from purchase price, shipping costs are non refundable.  

We offer a 30 day return policy, if the order shows up damaged contact us right away, after 30 days it will be your responsibility to replace any damaged or missing parts and shipping cost.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

• There will be a 5% processing fee deducted from returns/canceled orders
• The head being returned must come back with all parts it showed up with any missing or damaged part will result in a partial refund or no refund at all
• We cannot cancel a order once it ships
  
• Refunds will be issued back to original payment method in 3-5 days
