Core Policy

A core charge is necessary to keep business moving without cores coming back. We use the core deposit to buy another core from a core supplier. Our rules are simple and go as follows.

Rules:

  • All heads that are purchased you have 30 days from the time you receive your head to send the core back to receive a refund
  • The core returned must match what you purchased
  • Core has to be rebuildable and come back with the same parts your new head showed up with.
  • Any damage like cracks, damage to deck surface, seats, guides, excessive damage to bolt holes, fire damage, damage from improper shipping packaging will not be eligible for a refund
  • Use the same box/pallet your head came in to send your core back so the possibility of damage from shipping is greatly avoided
  • Include the core return slip in the box so we know who you are without it we won't be able to issue the refund

Heads HAVE TO BE REBUILDABLE a piston that got sent to moon from your 300 shot of nitrous that's lodged into the deck surface with valves snapped in half jammed into the head is not rebuildable "Karen" don't call us to complain we will hang up don't be a "Karen"

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. When you're ready, simply go online to purchase a shipping label or go to your local carrier. We recommend UPS/FedEx.  Cylinder heads are heavy items DO NOT use the postal service chances are it will arrive damaged.

Once your core comes back to us allow 7-10 days for the tear down and inspection process to deem it a rebuildable core. Core charge will be automatically issued back to your credit card.  You will receive an email confirmation of core refund.
